World bronze medallist Tina Trsten Jak has grabbed gold in the under 63 kilo category at the Zagreb Grand Prix.
The Slovenian maintained her recent good form to defeat Boras European Cup winner Mia Hermannson of Sweden.
Opening with an ippon seoi-nage, Trsten Jak sealed the win with a second yuko.
In the under 70 kilo category, Canadian and former world leader Kelita Zupanic took the Grand Prix gold.
She defeated world bronze medallist Katarzyna Klys of Poland.
After manoeuvring her way through a tough draw, Zupanic was unable to produce a score in the final and the fight was settled on shido penalties.
Meanwhile the Netherlands came out on top in the mens under 73 kilo category. European champion Dex Elmont put his disappointing world championships performance behind him to win gold against Andre Alves of Portugal.
The Dutch judoka was caught with a yoko-shiho-gatame in the closing seconds but had enough in reserve to find a way out after four seconds in osaekomi.
In the mens under 81 kilo final, two-time European champion Sirazhudin Magomedov topped the podium for the first time since 2012.
The Russian maestro won by default after a foot injury forced opponent and Havana Grand Prix winner Travis Stevens to pull out of what was pegged to be a superb final.
