Neymar has been named captain of the Brazil national football team for Friday’s friendly against fellow south Americans Colombia.
The Barcelona forward replaces Thiago Silva, who will miss the tie with a leg injury.
Neymar last played for the national side against Colombia in the quarter finals of the World Cup but sustained a back injury which sidelined him for the rest of the tournament.
Brazil take on Colombia on Friday at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami.
