Police in Bosnia have detained 16 people on terrorism charges.
It is alleged the individuals were involved in the financing, recruiting and fighting for radical groups in Syria and Iraq.
The arrests were made in 17 raids by some 200 officers across the Balkan country.
It is estimated that in recent years several hundred people have left Bosnia where 45 percent of the population is Muslim and headed for Syria.
