Luis Suarez’s four-month biting ban has been upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, but the Uruguay striker can now train with new club Barcelona.
The 27-year-old remains ineligible to play in official matches until October 26 and his nine-game international suspension remains in place.
Suarez was suspended after sinking his teeth into Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini during the second half of Uruguay’s 1-0 win in a World Cup group game on June 24.
