Commonwealth Games: Welsh hurdler Williams fails dope test

Welsh 400 metres hurdler Rhys Williams has been pulled out of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow after failing a drugs test at a Grand Prix meeting in the same city earlier this month.

The 30-year-old has been banned from all competition by UK Anti-Doping pending a hearing.

Williams denies knowingly taking any banned substance.
