A European court has found that Poland allowed the CIA to run a secret rendition and interrogation camp at the country’s Stare Kiejkuty military base.
The Strasbourg based court found Poland cooperated in the “preparation and execution of CIA rendition, secret detention and interrogation operations on its territory”.
Warsaw has always rejected accusations that the CIA operated a secret detention centre on its territory.
