Led by new coach Louis Van Gaal Manchester United touched down in Los Angeles on Friday ready to begin their pre-season tour of the United States.
The 20 times English champions suffered a dismal campaign last term where they finished seventh and failed to secure European football this season.
Van Gaal has now been tasked with the job of turning the Od Trafford outfit back into a force to be reckoned with.
With new signings Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw in the fold the squad will play four matches stateside starting with the LA Galaxy on Wednesday.
They will then play further matches in the International Champions Cup against AS Roma in Denver on 26 July, Inter Milan in Washington DC on 29 July and finish with a mouth-watering tie against Real Madrid in Ann Arbor on 2 August.
