Lithuania’s first female president sworn in for second term

The first female president of Lithuania has been sworn in for her second five-year term.

The ceremony took place on Saturday in Lithuania’s parliament.

Dalia Grybauskaite won her second presidency with 58 percent of the votes in May.

She is the first president of the Baltic state to be re-elected for a second term.
