A highway overpass has collapsed in the Brazilian World Cup host city of Belo Horizonte.
At least two people have been killed and ten more injured, according to emergency services.
TV pictures showed that several vehicles including a bus were crushed in the accident.
Belo Horizonte is due to stage one of the World Cup semi-finals next Tuesday, and has already hosted five games in the tournament.
The site of the accident in the north of the city is just a few kilometres from the Mineirao stadium.
The overpass, which was under construction, was one of many infrastructure projects linked to the tournament and aimed at improving the city’s aging public transport network.
It was due to be used for passenger buses.
The past year has seen many street protests in Brazil, as demonstrators complained that too much money was being spent on the World Cup, and not enough on social programmes such as transport and education.
