Ten people, including five children, have been killed after a 50-year-old building collapsed in the Indian city of Delhi.
Two others were plucked from the rubble and are now in hospital.
It is believed that a construction site opposite destablised the four-floor residential building.
An inquiry into the incident has been ordered.
