Bolivia's Congress clock ticks anticlockwise

The clock displayed on Bolivia’s Congress building has been changed to turn anticlockwise as a symbol of the country’s ambitions to do things differently.

Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca said that since the country is in the southern hemisphere the hands should spin the opposite direction to the way they spin in the north.
