Doing the 100 metres in 32.79 seconds may not worry Usain Bolt, but it has earned Polish sprinter Stanislaw Kowalski a new European record in the over 100-years-old category. He took the record last weekend, at the sprightly age of 104. His secret? Avoid stress, lots of sleep and the occasional vodka.
