Five teenagers have been rescued from a creek in the US state of Texas after powerful thunderstorms brought flash floods.
They had been playing in a drainage tunnel in the Red Bird area, in Southwest Dallas, when the rain water overwhelmed them.
They were taken to hospital after rescue teams used bags and rope to reach them.
Nearly five centimetres of rain fell in under 45 minutes.
The storms brought down many trees, damaging houses, causing traffic problems and electricity outages.
Power was knocked out for thousands of residents in Dallas and Fort Worth.
