Business Weekly: Alstom, the US slowdown and IMF aid for Ukraine

The first estimate was released as the Federal Reserve was holding its regular policy meeting, and the disappointing GDP performance complicated the central bank’s decisions.

The International Monetary Fund has also been making important decisions. The IMF’s board was discussing aid for Ukraine, as Kyiv said it has fulfilled all the Fund’s conditions.
