Disabled French people living in special accommodation in Belgium are facing unsanitary conditions, isolation and neglect, an investigation by French newspaper Liberation has found.
French authorities regularly house disabled people in the Wallonia region because it saves money.
The centres are overseen by a Wallonian agency for the integration of disabled people but it has limited authority.
