Russian President Vladimir Putin has urged people not to use the Google search engine, saying that it is a CIA project.
He was speaking at a media forum in St.Petersburg
He told the audience that Google collects users’ personal data and then sends it to the servers based in the US.
Russia’s parliament passed a law earlier this week requiring social media websites to keep their servers in Russia.
