Poland’s Kamil Stoch produced a stunning performance to win his third ski jumping World Cup of the season in Willingen on Saturday.
The 26-year-old proved too strong for his opponents throughout the contest and cleared 139.5 meters in his first jump and 145.5 in his second for a total of 263.2 points, one more than local favourite Severin Freund.
Slovenia’s Jernej Damjan carded a solid total points tally of 258.5 to complete the podium while fellow countryman Peter Prevc remains top of the overall standings despite finishing seventh.
