Some of music and cinema’s biggest talents have come together for the annual charity concert “Christmas in Washington”.
This year’s line-up included the Backstreet Boys, “Twilight” star Anna Kendrick, R&B queen Janelle Monae and multiple Grammy winner Sheryl Crow.
Australian actor and producer Hugh Jackman of the “X-Men” and “Les Miserables”, also lent his voice to the event, which he hosted as well.
First aired in 1981, the Christmas concert is a holiday tradition in the US capital, recorded on the second Sunday of each December and later broadcast on TV.
Like every year, the President of the United States and the First Lady attended the event along with their daughters Sasha and Malia.
Proceeds go to the Children’s National Medical Center.
