Russian court rules Greenpeace spokesman to be held for two months

A court in the northern Russian city of Murmansk has ordered another Greenpeace activist – the environmental organisation’s spokesman Dimitry Litvinov. to be held for two months.

It is the latest ruling after 30 activists were detained last week after two members of the group tried to scale an oil platform owned by the state-controlled Gazprom.
