Large areas of Yemen, including the capital Sanaa, were left without electricity after tribesmen attacked power lines in Maarib province on September 19.
Another part of the Yemeni electricity grid was targeted on September 18.
Officials said the tribes had been targeting the lines in order to pressure the government to pay them financial compensation, which they say they were promised.
