Norwegian mass murderer university application rejected

The University of Oslo has rejected an application to study political science from the convicted far-right mass murderer, Anders Behring Breivik. He was behind the massacre that killed 77 people in Norway in 2011 and jailed for 21 years.

His request to study had caused controversy with some professors publicly refusing to accept him as a student.
