Terrorist attacks in Dagestan foiled by Russian security services

Russian security services have prevented a series of terrorist attacks in Dagestan, according to Russian news agency Itar-Tass.

The Federal Security Service known as the FSB uncovered a cache of makeshift explosives hidden inside paint cans and tubes after gleaning information from a source.

The leader of criminal gang, Ilmutdin Kairbekov was arrested during a raid on Monday, and was said to have confessed to the location of his group’s devices in Makhachkala.
