Troicki suspended for 18 months


Serbia’s Victor Troicki has been suspended for 18 months by the International Tennis Federation after failing to provided a blood sample during the Monte Carlo Masters in April.

The world number 53 he had been selected to provide a urine and blood sample.

He gave the urine but not the blood on account of him feeling unwell that day, therefore violating the anti-doping rules.

He will be able to return to action as of January 2015
