Albania’s opposition leader Edi Rama has claimed a landslide election victory.
With ballots counted from 94 percent of polling stations, his Socialist-led alliance is on track to take 84 of parliament’s 140 seats. Rama is calling on Prime Minister Sali Berisha to concede defeat.
