US diplomat leaves Russia

Russian television says a US diplomat at the centre of a spying row has left Moscow. Ryan Fogle was given five days to leave Russia after allegedly trying to recruit an intelligence officer as an informer. The US state department has confirmed the alleged CIA agent worked at the embassy. The CIA has declined to comment.
