Hong Kong transsexual wins right to wed

In Hong Kong a transsexual has won the right to marry her boyfriend. The woman, referred to only as W, was previously refused permission to marry because her gender was still marked as male on her birth certificate. But the Court of Final Appeal has now ruled that the law banning her from marrying is unconstitutional.
