Ukraine has appointed its new cabinet ahead of the new year holidays.
The former head of Ukraine’s central bank Sergei Arbuzov has been made First Vice-Prime Minister.
Arbuzov will head up talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on a new bailout, due to begin next month.
