A second day of parliamentary sessions in Ukraine has descended into chaos with even more fighting within the chamber.
A new speaker has now been appointed – Volodymyr Rybak from President Viktor Yanukovich’s lead coalition Party of Regions.
This second day of brawls broke out when opposition members tried to physically block the nomination.
Wednesday’s clashes were sparked by the opposition’s efforts to stop voting on a second term as prime minister for Yanukovich ally Mykola Azarov – his second term has now been approved by parliament.
One politician who has not been getting stuck in is boxing champion Vitaly Klitschko, leader of the UDAR or Punch party.
