A gunman who shot dead two people during a spate of attacks on foreign-looking indiviuals in the Swedish city of Malmo has been jailed for life.
Peter Mangs must also pay compensation to the victims.
The judges say his crimes were “characterised by extreme ruthlessness and a complete lack of empathy for other people.”
