Hundreds of people braved the bad weather in Spain to take to the streets for a “March against Poverty”.

The demonstrators have covered 170 kilometres on foot in Murcia in the last few days to press their case for social reform.

They want foreclosed homes seized by the banks to be re-assigned as social housing.
