Over a hundred travellers and protesters clashed with police as they tried to storm a government building in London.
They were marking a year after they were evicted from an illegal settlement on Dale Farm in Essex.
Around six protesters were arrested after fighting outside the Department for Communities and Local Government.
On the 19th of October last year bailiffs and police forcefully evicted travellers from the settlement because they were in breach of planning rules.
The government has since pledged 60 million pounds, (73.7m euros), to help support authorised pitches for travellers.
