Thirty seven people died when a boat collided with a ferry in Hong Kong harbour.
Around 100 people were injured.
The vessel had been chartered by a local electricity company for its employees to watch a fireworks display from the water.
The boat went down by the stern in just a few minutes after colliding with a ferry near the island of Lamma.
The night-time collision sparked a major rescue operation involving divers, helicopters and other boats plucking survivors from the sea.
The other ship made it to its berth on the island.
More than 120 people were on board when the accident happened.
It is feared the death toll could rise. Nine people among the injured are said to be in a serious condition.
