Hotel Transylvania welcomes the Drac-Pack

Welcome to the Hotel Transylvania, Dracula’s lavish resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free to be the monsters they are without humans to bother them.
Adam Sandler supplies the voice of the notorious vampire Count who plans an all ghoul weekend to celebrate his daughter’s 118th birthday.

Fran Drescher plays Frankenstein’s wife, Eunice. “They show you the picture of your character before you start, you know, deciding on your voice and stuff,” she explained. “You don’t see the animation until it’s all put together after you record the character, but you do see a still drawing of it. So I had an idea of what I was to look like, and I liked the way she looked.”

During the birthday weekend, guests include Frankenstein and his wife, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, and a pair of special werewolves.

Molly Shannon, who voices Wanda the expectant werewolf wife, said: “Mama wolf? I thought she was so cute! I loved her. She kind of wobbles and she looks sweet. I’m so excited to see myself in the movie. My character, I loved it. Fran and I were saying it’s so (sic) fun because sometimes when you play yourself you can be critical of how you look, but this is so fun I wanted to see more of my character. I was like, ‘I want to see her come on again! It’s cool’!”

Hotel Transylvania has already opened in North America and Norway – for the rest of Europe, it’s an autumn and winter release.
