Tax me if you can

Taxing the rich to give to the poor, or at least to reduce the budget deficit. Some say this is the main message behind French president Francois Hollande’s fiscal policy.

But others warn it will only encourage a new kind of emigration, with the very rich seeking refuge in tax-friendlier countries.
