Dalai Lama hopeful about Tibetan future


As Tibetan exiles held their second General Meeting in Dharmsala, India, the Dalai Lama has expressed hopes the naming of a new regime in Beijing will improve his people’s future.

In an interview, the Tibetan spiritual leader urged a common sense approach to Tibet when China names its new leaders, for the good of both Tibetans and Chinese.
