Brussels outlaws insults


A new law has been introduced in Brussels making it illegal to insult someone in public. The fine for doing so is 250 euros. It follows the broadcast of a television documentary filmed with a hidden camera which revealed the verbal assaults woman have to put up with daily on the city’s streets.
