The US security company formerly known as Blackwater is to pay a fine up to 7.5m dollars for attempting to operate in Sudan in violation of trade sanctions.
The charges included other arms-trade breaches.
Now called Academi LLC, the company is known for its work helping protect US government employees based abroad.
