Three soldiers have been killed in a bomb blast in the Chechen capital Grozny.
Local media suggest that two suicide bombers attacked an armoured car as the soldiers from the interior ministry emerged from the vehicle.

Investigators say a suicide belt has been recovered. Two officers, one soldier and civilian lost their lives in the explosion.

Three others suffered injuries.

Such attacks have become rare in Chechyna since Kremlin-backed leader Ramzan Kadyrov used strong-arm tactics to clamp down on an Islamist insurgency.
