Young music fans had a surprise at Woodstock Stop when German and Polish heads of state took to the stage.

Joachim Gauck and Bronislaw Komorowski marked the opening of 18th edition of one of Europe’s largest rock festivals. Woodstock Stop takes place in Oder, along the Polish border with Germany.
