A Spanish politician has been charged with homicide in Cuba following a car crash that killed two government opponents, including leading dissident Oswaldo Paya.
27-year-old Angel Carromero from the youth wing of Spain’s ruling conservative party’s was driving. The victims were passengers in the back seat and not wearing seatbelts, according to the authorities.
