Some of the Israelis caught up in the bomb in Bulgaria have been flown back to emotional reunions in Tel Aviv.
Israeli rescue teams have been in Burgas to evacuate the wounded, several of whom were taken to hospital.
Some were in the bus where the bomber struck.
Other tourists too headed home, wanting to cut their holidays short after what happened.
One woman, who was waiting to travel to Burgas, said: “It’s not a good feeling to fly out a day after an attack at the same location. We don’t have many choices and anyhow let’s say this is the reality we live in. It can also happen here, buses used to blow up here too.”
A male traveller added: “It’s very sad to hear that they managed to hurt Israelis abroad. Will this affect our travel? No, we will continue to travel anywhere we like to around the world.”
The attack has caused inevitable disruption to flights between Israel and Burgas – a popular holiday destination among Israelis, especially teenagers.
