Two new satellites launched by Arianespace

The European space consortium Arianespace has launched two satellites to boost telecommunications and weather observation. The Ariane 5 rocket carrying them lifted off from French Guiana.

Arianespace has 21 shareholders from 10 European countries, including France’s CNES space agency.
