Hundreds of English fans gathered in the city centre of Donetsk on Tuesday and paraded through the streets with a coffin in protest at comments made by former Arsenal defender Sol Campbell.

Last month, the 37-year-old, told BBC’s Panorama that fans should not travel to Euro 2012 because of racist violence, suggesting they would come home in a coffin.

With only a few hours to go before England’s final group D game against co-hosts Ukraine, their supporters told journalists they would carry the make-shift coffin into the Donbass Arena as a further protest.
