Canada 'Psycho killer' suspect pleads not guilty

Luka Rocco Magnotta, dubbed the ‘Canadian Psycho’ has told a Quebec court he is not guilty of all the charges laid.

The 29-year-old porn actor arrived back in Canada on Monday morning. He was briefly held in a Berlin prison after sparking an international manhunt.

Magnotta addressed the Quebec court via video link to plead to various charges, including first degree murder. His lawyer asked for a delay in proceeding in order to consider asking for a psychological evaluation on his client.

Magnotta is accused of killing a former lover, posting video online of the murder and sending body parts political parties and schools in Canada.

The victim is 33-year-old Jun Lin – a Chinese student who was enrolled at Concordia University in Montreal.

The most recent body parts discovered were a hand and foot sent to schools. Police are looking for Lin’s head, which is still missing.
