Once again, Europe’s debt crisis keeps on making the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

This time it is Spain that is back in spotlight after Madrid’s borrowing costs hit the danger zone.

We examine the plan agreed with eurozone finance chiefs to save Spanish banks and discuss the country’s latest sovereign downgrade.

Also in the programme, the bust up between MEPs and the EU Council over the border free Schengen zone.
