Hen lays purple eggs
Would you make an omelette with purple eggs? In a Palestinian town near Daharia, a rare nature phenomenon was discovered; a regular hen started laying coloured eggs. Her owner claims she did not change their nutrition, based on wheat and barley. Also, the eggs taste like normal eggs, and their colour inside is normal as well. This phenomenon has yet to be studied in a laboratory.
