Fatal shooting near southern US university

Several people have been shot after a fight broke out at a party near a university at Auburn in the southern US state of Alabama.

It is thought at least one person was killed. A local TV station says three people died and two were injured.

Unconfirmed reports say former or current players from a local American football team were among the victims.
