Part of a high security prison in Norway is reportedly being converted into a psychiatric unit, to house killer Anders Behring Breivik if it is proved he is insane.
Breivik has admitted killing 77 on July 22, first detonating a car bomb outside government headquarters and killing eight, then gunning down 69 people, mostly teenagers, at the ruling Labour Party’s summer camp on Utoeya Island.
However he denies criminal responsibility -describing his actions as a counter-attack against multiculturalism.
