Dutch squad racially abused in Poland


With only a few hours to go before the European Championships kick off in Poland, the tournament was plunged into its first racism controversy after black players in the Dutch squad were allegedly subjected to racist abuse during their open training session in Krakow.

The 2010 World Cup finalists open their Euro 2012 Group B campaign against Denmark in Ukraine’s Kharkiv on Saturday.
