There have been four explosions confirmed in the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk.
The country’s Emergencies Ministry said at least 27 people have been wounded.
Police said an explosive device detonated in a rubbish bin at a tram-stop in the centre of the city wounding up to five people who were in tram.
A second device, also in a public bin, exploded 30 minutes later near a cinema.
